Payment and Refund Policy


Payment Terms

Unless otherwise expressly agreed in writing by AgileSpark, full payment for participation in a Program is required at the time of registration. For Programs offering a trial window, such trial access is granted only after full payment. During the trial window, students may request a refund, subject to AgileSpark's discretion and applicable policies, which may include deductions for administrative and marketing expenses. Once the trial window closes, refunds will not be provided for any reason.

For Programs without a trial window, refunds are governed by the specific refund policies outlined for the respective Program.

It is the sole responsibility of the user to evaluate the accuracy, suitability, and relevance of the selected Program. Enrollment in a Program is non-transferable.

To make a payment, users must have internet access and a valid payment method. AgileSpark does not store sensitive payment information, such as credit card details, and relies on third-party payment gateways for processing. By using these gateways, users agree to their terms and conditions. AgileSpark will not be responsible for any data breaches or issues related to third-party payment providers.

p>Failure to complete payment within the stipulated time may result in withdrawal of access to the Program. Transactions may be subject to foreign exchange fees or local taxes based on the user’s location and payment method. AgileSpark does not support all currencies or payment methods and is not liable for any additional charges incurred by users.

Refund & Cancellation Policy


Introduction

At AgileSpark, we are committed to providing a seamless experience for our customers. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding refunds and cancellations for our programs and services.

Cancellation Policy

Prior to the Course Commencement:

  • 100% Refund: If the refund request is registered more than 48 hours prior to the start of the session, the full course fee will be refunded.
  • 50% Refund: If the refund request is registered within 48 hours prior to the start of the session, 50% of the course fee will be refunded.

Refund Policy

  • Refund requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected].
  • All refunds are subject to verification and approval by AgileSpark.
  • Refund amounts will be calculated after deducting applicable administrative and processing charges.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 10-15 business days from the date of approval.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided in the following scenarios:

  • Failure to attend or complete the program for personal reasons.
  • Violation of AgileSpark’s Terms and Conditions or Code of Conduct.
  • Partial completion of the program or services.
