Unless otherwise expressly agreed in writing by AgileSpark, full payment for participation in a Program is required at the time of registration. For Programs offering a trial window, such trial access is granted only after full payment. During the trial window, students may request a refund, subject to AgileSpark's discretion and applicable policies, which may include deductions for administrative and marketing expenses. Once the trial window closes, refunds will not be provided for any reason.
For Programs without a trial window, refunds are governed by the specific refund policies outlined for the respective Program.
It is the sole responsibility of the user to evaluate the accuracy, suitability, and relevance of the selected Program. Enrollment in a Program is non-transferable.
To make a payment, users must have internet access and a valid payment method. AgileSpark does not store sensitive payment information, such as credit card details, and relies on third-party payment gateways for processing. By using these gateways, users agree to their terms and conditions. AgileSpark will not be responsible for any data breaches or issues related to third-party payment providers.
p>Failure to complete payment within the stipulated time may result in withdrawal of access to the Program. Transactions may be subject to foreign exchange fees or local taxes based on the user’s location and payment method.
